Each Pak Kopi Commercial Roaster is custom hand built one-at-a-time. Please allow 3 - 5 weeks for your roaster to be built. We use the finest quality stainless steel and materials. Our roasters are built to last for years with minimum maintenance required.
Pak Kopi Commercial Roasters consistently create high quality uniform roasts that are as good or better than roasters costing 10 or 20 times more money.
Roasters are boxed and shipped already assembled and ready to use. Propane tank assemblies not included (because of each country's unique legal requirements). Large Fan not included (large freestanding fan is recommended).

It is my strong belief that every Cafe should be roasting their own coffee. If you are in control of the coffee roasting process, then you are in control of the quality of the coffee you are serving.....simple as that, "Fresh Roasted Always Tastes Better!". I have created this commercial coffee roaster so that the experience of roasting your own coffee is available to more people and not just the well financed who purchase $50,000 + Commercial Roasters. Computer hookups to obtain certain "Roast Profiles" that are key features on the very expensive roasters, are unnecessary and unworkable (see my Coffee University video: "Roast Profile").

"I have been always fascinated about the coffee ever since I started to work as a barista in a small coffee shop.
